In a post-war future the winning side quickly realises that the upkeep of their advanced cyborg infantry is very expensive and highly unpopular.
Stripped of their combat components the former soldiers are released back into the general public and left to their own devices.
A former member of one of these elite groups is dumped back in her home city. Returning to her old apartment she finds the power to be out and past due notices piled at her door. She encounters a struggling strip club known as “The Technosexual” which specialises in augmented performers. It’s the only place around that seems to be even remotely tolerant of former combat cyborgs.
