Max is a former detective with the NBCPD discharged after it was revealed that he was genetically altered.
Now he is a Private Investigator operating out of his one bedroom apartment in New Bright City.
A dab hand with computers and DataNet infrastructure, there's not much Max can't find out about someone through legitimate channels... or otherwise. His street smarts and uncanny intuition also make him a formidable investigator on the ground.
Max is banned from The Technosexual as he has hit on every single member of staff, and failed.
Max is also a bit of a tea and coffee aficionado, he carries a wide selection and has a whole cupboard in his kitchen dedicated to various brewing paraphernalia.

Near-obsessed with finding the doctor that performed genetic experiments on him as a child. The cork-boards and whiteboards in his flat are covered in newspaper clippings, scientific articles and printouts from the net all linked up with string or drawn lines.
He also investigates things a little more locally. An organised crime ring specialising in black market cybernetic parts has recently been on his radar...
