Kaitty was "the runt of the litter" to put it lightly, combined with a troubled upbringing leadshe to them leavingleft home as fast as theyshe could.
Quickly picking up on advanced programming skills for industrial automation systems Kaitty became fascinated with automated processes and artificial intelligence. TheirHer desire to become more like the machines theyshe programmed grew day by day until theyshe could finally get augmentations of theirher own.
A mix of neccesity and addiction lead to themher getting more and more augmentations and becoming more and more "drone-like". TheirHer mental health improved, theirher physical performance increased, and theyshe felt more content inwith theirher life.
Then the civil war in the Western Republic broke out. Kaitty was lucky, the company theyshe worked for was happy to move themher and other workers out to the Eastern Union to keep them and other workersall safe.
A hurried and chaotic moving operation later, Kaitty found themselvesherself in New Bright City with a spacious new apartment and a very fast Net connection.
Now close to 90% augmented and with a very comfortable job Kaitty started seeking out ways to make more use of theirher new body, and theyshe came across The Technosexual. Displaying oneself to a crowd of horny cyborgs and organics alike intrigued themher and theyshe asked to try it out.
TheyShe fell in love with the job quickly, the environment was stimulating, and the positive reinforcement theyshe got from the crowd picked theirher mood up even more. TheyShe werewas brought on as a flex-time employee and dipdips in and out whenwhenever theyshe needneeds a boost. TheirHer industrial programming job still makes themher enough cash to live comfortably, dancing for credits is just a bonus.
Kaitty has also been known to perform net-shows where theyshe allowallows viewers to take limited control over theirher augmented systems whilst on camera whilstresulting theyin blissher out.experiencing what she describes as "Eurphoric, drone-like bliss".
