Formally a hacker with infamous underground hacking collective "The Black Dogs". Julia left the group after a few two many encounters with Attack Firewalls during high profile hacks nearly blew her implants out of her skull.

Briefly experimenting with VR and holocamming she joined The Technosexual and is one of their least visibly augmented performers.
Her extremely advanced neural implants don't get too much of a workout whilst doing this, so she often plays NetChess with other staff members when performing. She even sometimes lets them win.
