Dr. Tyra/Tyr Lancaster is a highly qualified M.D with specialties in general medicine, surgery and cybernetic interfaces. They are not augmented themselves, however, citing "I've seen what can go wrong with those damn things, and I don't want them in my body!"

Whilst they aren't the in-house doctor for The Technosexual, or even someone that would usually set foot in that kind of establishment (or so they claim), they are the on-call doctor for any incidents that may crop up there.
They have a rather acrid bedside manner, not afraid to scold patients who have clearly done something stupid to cause their injury.
Quite reserved, and hard to get along with, they do still care greatly for the wellbeing and health of others.
Rather soft on the inside... if you can break through all their defensive layers.

Ongoing sufferer of VR Dysmorphia and related paranoia. Doesn't stop them from spending extensive amounts of time in VR though...
